The officer’s account is a system created for monitoring of personal expenses and their efficient control.

The officer’s account provides overview of personal expenses for information technologies (expenses, which may be influenced by the employee or his superior). It allows efficient control of these expenses and prepares correct data for the purpose of analysis and strategic decision-making in this area.

The system may be divided to two areas. The first area includes fixed costs represented by IT equipment (SW, HW) and access to applications. The second area includes variable costs including mobile and fixed communications, disk occupancy, e-mail, print, and activities on WWW.
