PREDOS - Attendance system for Pražská energetika (Prague's power engineering company)

Predos system serves for basic registration of employees entering and leaving the company and thus it provides transparent outputs, which may be further used and processed efficiently. Utilizing this system it is possible to achieve lower error rate at the processing of attendance data, utilization of working hours of employees with higher quality and generally, better personal approach to work tasks. In addition to that, Predos may be used based on assigned authorization not only by managers, who obtain immediate overview of their subordinates, but also by the employees.

For employees the application provides the following functions:

• Overview of individual passages with the filtering option
• Overview of employees' attendance (daily, weekly, and monthly calendar)
• Overview of overtime or long-term absence
• Option to print and export reports in PDF and CSV format
• Sending of notices by e-mail (missing entry or leave, added notes of the manager)

Managers may use the following functions of the application:

• Overview of individual passages of employees with the filtering option
• Adding, editing, and deleting of passages made by employees
• Option to add notes to individual passages of employees, their editing or deleting
• Option to approve passages entered by employees
• Overview of basic statistics
• Option to print and export reports in PDF and CSV format

Predos system further offers special types of functions for the time manager, manager of rooms, or manager of the entire system, and thus it easily accommodates demands related to operation of the entire company.
