Application description

NEMO system has been created for the purpose of storage and processing of information on real-estates including details on their privatization or sale. Mainly thanks to internet accessibility NEMO allows to inform tenants, owners, and affiliates on daily state of the given real estates and allows them to make decisions on their operation whenever it is necessary.

The system was initially designed only for the needs of local administration bodies and management of municipal property, however thanks to its excellent features it may be used almost in all areas of property management.

By means of the subscriber system it is possible to ascertain the registration state of apartments or the current state of their sale. The subscriber system providing information to its users is available on web pages by means of SMS messages or e-mails.

In the future we plan to provide a complex information service to the tenants and owners of apartments, which will include e.g. data on payments of rent, planned repairs in the house etc.

NEMO also offers the on-line system for identification of errors and mistakes or internal conflicts in the application or on the side of the user. This system could ensure repairs of the system earlier before the user obtains the error message.
