Code of ethics

The aim of the company and all its divisions includes ambitious, responsible, and effective participation in provision of ICT services and informatics. Our company takes care of high quality of the services provided and we also put emphasis on building a permanent cooperation with our partners and customers. We try to offer the best we have and know to our customers. We always meet all we agreed with the customer.

We adhere to "fair-play". And we can admit and appreciate if someone is able to do something better. We disapprove irregularities, such as bribery and false advertising etc. We carry on our business without corruption and we always fight for public contracts fairly.

We make profit, invest, and create new jobs. We always pay all taxes and fees properly and in due time. We tax all our income in the Czech Republic. We do not use any tax shelters or similar practices. The structure of assets of the entire group is transparent; we are 100% Czech company without anonymous owners.

We cherish our partners. Our cooperation is based on our mutual reliance. We cooperate only with partners who also adhere to the valid regulations and principles of ethics and morality.

It is commonplace for our company to observe the environmental policy and maintain sustainable development. The respect for the environment and the countryside around us creates a natural part of our corporate policy and personal approach of our employees. The development of our company is based on harmony among economic growth, social justice, and environmental protection. The company reduces risks brought by individual activities and processes with quality preparation, regular and repeated training of employees on all management levels. The company takes preventive measures to prevent unfavourable impacts on environment.

We live and work to do no harm to the countryside around us and to prevent any damages to environment for the benefit of us and future generations, because our company is aware of the fact that we are part of the environment. As for the human rights and labour law, our company provides safe and healthy environment for all the employees of our company. Each of our workers is provided with freedom of association and the right of collective bargaining in accordance with applicable law. Relations to our employees are based on dignity of every individual person. Each employee is rewarded for the work performed in form of salary paid in agreed terms.

We support our employees in their additional education and training. We try to assure good conditions which help them in their professional growth.
